They need to care a bit more

Pros

They give you okay pay and benefits.

Cons

They sped up the productions lines and added things that aren't ergonomically safe and people get hurt/burned out. If you get hurt they tell you you aren't hurt and try to talk you out of going to a doctor. They also try to get you out the door if you are hurt. Assembly/Packing not a good area to work in.
