Nope, just the same ancient systems that aren't going to help you build your skills / resume. Want to grow? You’ll learn on your own while your boss pretends to care. Promotions? Only if you’re lucky enough to be a nepo baby, otherwise, enjoy the eternal bench. Competitors are now in every segment and taking market share rapidly. The majority of the staff have an AARP card and are completely out touch.

The same people work 6 days a week with little to no rotation, Insurance is good but it's expensive.
