Pros

Exceptional products, Great management, Great sales support, Lots of autonomy, you get out what you put in.

Cons

The company struggles to find new employees to hire as the customer base grows and this results in an overwhelming workload for current employees. Regularly required to work between 10 and 12 hour shifts 5 days a week and only get 7 days PTO per year. Pay is based on a modest salary with opportunities for bonuses, which can be lucrative when goals are met but goals are often unrealistic. Since sales employees are paid salary, overtime pay is never offered.
