Pay is ok

Pros

It is ok, pay is slightly higher than average, union company, decent benefits.

Cons

Short breaks, micromanagement has been insane lately with us having to fill out our production on an hourly basis, including explanations for why we haven’t met goal. Mind you, we already enter our daily production into the computer.

Pros

The work is rewarding and compelling. They are industry leaders for a reason. Lots of growth opportunities and great projects coming.

Cons

The pay is below the living wage for the area. Being a local resident is tough.
