Pros

Pay is decent but could be better considering the opportunities out there after the pandemic. Benefits are very good. Casual work place environment is also a plus. Plenty of overtime.

Cons

Employees are just a number now, no loyalty or appreciation shown to long standing employees which has resulted in losing half of the Ind. department. Moral is a zero. The “quote of the week” and a thanks really gets us by after a grueling week, month, quarter, year. At least be original and say something yourself! Real questions are shot down immediately by the corporate HR person and no real answers are provided. They have lost so many, long standing employees, who knew how to do things and keep things running. It’s a popularity contest and always has been. Hybrid opportunities are non existent, even after we kept this company up and running from home, throughout the pandemic (of course many, many thanks to our warehouse people who stayed and worked to keep us open and give us jobs to do!) But, you can work your hours and hours of OT from home. Whatever it takes to benefit the company.
