Pros

Quick advancement opportunities, great management and training structure. Fast paced.

Cons

Long days, lots of travel, pending territory. Terrible pay for workload. If you are promoted in the company, base pay is reflected by years of service in the company, not by your performance. No incentive for top performers.

Being able to set your own schedule for the most part.

Cons

Pressure pressure pressure... the number is sky high and the expectations are higher. Haven't met a co-worker anywhere in this position who thinks its an easy job.
