Pros

The culture is very inclusive and friendly; I never felt like I couldn't ask a question. They are also pretty flexible with remote work and hybrid schedules, which I really appreciated. Plenty of "free snacks" and office perks if you’re into that.

Cons

Promotion tracks are very vague. You can work hard for a year and still not really know if you’re moving up.

Pros

A few teammates supported each other in small ways.

Cons

- The whole office was drained and desperate to leave. - Managers rotated constantly, and each new arrival made rules stricter while morale plunged further. - Every action felt scrutinized, as if mistakes were assumed, which destroyed any sense of security on the team. - The founder ignored the growing problems and seemed more invested in plotting an exit than helping anyone. - Vacation was meaningless because work was expected even while off. - Competition in the market added relentless pressure with no relief. - Early diversity and inclusion efforts vanished quickly, and many of the positive reviews circulating were clearly not genuine.

Pros

- Fully remote and flexible for field sales roles - Founder Gaurav Dhillon is an inspiring technologist with a strong legacy (founded Informatica) - Product demos well and can solve complex integration use cases - Some genuinely great people on the team who try to do the right thing - Early support for DEI programs (though no longer consistent)

Cons

- Less than 30% of reps hit annual targets; reps are consistently set up to fail - Constant inspection of outreach emails, rigid follow-up standards, and little to no psychological safety - Unlimited vacation in name only—taking time off is frowned upon, and many work while “on vacation” - 6+ managers in just over 5 years (not including interim leaders) - Competes in a saturated ETL/Integration market with well-funded and public competitors - Founder is now focused on seeking an exit after no liquidity event over 8 funding rounds and 15+ years - Early inclusion efforts faded with leadership changes and shifting priorities - Overly positive reviews for sales are suspected to be written or influenced by HR
