Product is finally differentiated in the market. Sales team rebuilding again but adding serious talent. Growing supporting functions. Marketing team is solid and is grinding out results, but a little beat down.

Cons

Typical start up with average benefits, and lots of rep churn over the years always seems to hinder the big growth numbers
