Pros

Employee-only 100% paid benefits Downtown San Mateo headquarters

Cons

* Clueless how to manage sales. Every month a new strategy, each one more peculiar then the other. * Technology half baked, always a challenge. * New "B&C" level sales mid-management, incompetent and ineffective. * Manage by fear. Overbearing micro managing.

Pros

Once, this was a highly respected organization that had a dedicated following and offered outstanding products.

Cons

Last year, the BoD removed and replaced most of the executive leadership, including the CEO, which was probably a prudent move considering poor sales performance across the company. SnapLogic is legacy integration software that's been highly commoditized and lacks innovation at the rate of change. Not a good career move considering the SaaS volatility and SnapLogic falling behind.
