The work environment here at SnapLogic is extremely fast-paced. It's exhausting working here because the leadership puts a lot of pressure on the employees. The workplace is very stressful, and workloads are overwhelming. Most, if not all, of the employees here are overworked, and we always have to finish brutal shifts. We don't get support or guidance from the leadership, and this is why the employee turnover rate here is high. it's unfortunate because a lot of great employees understandably choose to leave this horrible company.
