Great people, but the organization is a bit messy.

Pros

The culture is very inclusive and friendly; I never felt like I couldn't ask a question. They are also pretty flexible with remote work and hybrid schedules, which I really appreciated. Plenty of "free snacks" and office perks if you’re into that.

Cons

Promotion tracks are very vague. You can work hard for a year and still not really know if you’re moving up.

- The recent CEO change was handled without any real planning, leaving employees completely in the dark about career paths and their future. - The uncertainty has filled the workplace with fear, tension, and relentless stress. - Employees feel more disconnected and powerless than ever, forced to navigate a confusing and poorly managed transition. - Leadership had the opportunity to guide this change properly but failed, leaving staff frustrated and unsupported. - New joiners should be extremely cautious given the lack of clarity and direction.
