Pros

- We have THE best team in EMEA; superb work ethic, highest levels of intensity and focus to win and make our customers and partners super successful. - Great support from HQ with a "think global, act local" approach. - Superb place to grow your career with many inter/cross department opportunities.

Cons

Very thoughtful product management approach but at times we need to be more aggressive in the marketplace to continue leading the pack.

Pros

SnapLogic has a great platform that resonates with what customers are looking for in today's 'digital' world. EMEA has a highly skilled team that works tirelessly to not only support each other but to build trusting relationships with customers. The ability to drive the company strategy from an EMEA perspective, versus being prescribed a US-centric approach is a massive bonus. It is an exciting time to work for SnapLogic, and there is never a dull moment here.

Cons

Our Product Management team can be too 'safe' and don't spend enough time with customers to drive the product forward. Marketing and brand awareness is currently lacking

strong board members and good engineering team

Cons

much of exec team hasn't adapted to the modern world, repeating informatica and bea playbooks won't work today lip-service given to culture, but it doesn't matter at the top lots of executive turn over
