Pros

Great team here in London - indeed there isn't one team member I don't rate - I don't think Ive said that before! Also a compelling platform and everyone is achieving.

Cons

Still very much feels like a start up, so if you are used to a chilled environment with marketing, telemarketing and enormous events budgets, this probably isn't yet the place for you. If you like a work hard / play hard winning team - I cant think of a better placed vendor.

- Open culture. - Close knit emea team with strong. shared desire for success amongst the team. - Mature attitude to workplace environment and working styles. - Strong product that does standout versus more traditional integration tools. - Good opportunities for personal development and learning, which is supported by management. - Open culture for discussions with senior management. - A lot of responsibility.

Cons

- As a US HQ company this can at time present challenges owing to different stages of growth of the US vs ROW.

Pros

The UK team is a very tight knit group that thrives on excellence. Everyone here pulls their own weight and is willing to go the extra mile. There's very much a feeling of being on a rocketship, that's about to take off at any moment.

Cons

Hours are long. This isn't a 9-5. I can't stress this enough. You must be driven. Growing pains are a thing, and can sometimes take a toll. However, they're a positive indicator that I'm in the right place.
