* Solid product with new innovations coming to open up new opportunities * Strong culture across the org. where your experience and opinion matters * Commitment to grow the business with resources and dollars * Growing leadership and senior employees to drive higher growth * People care about others and their well being. Everyone steps up to help when it's needed.

Cons

* Some legacy turnover and old history makes its harder (and slower) for some people to grow and develop. But it's changing.

interesting product and technology great culture and people the management team is approachable and you can learn a lot from them awesome work-life balance

Cons

sometimes I feel like they are saving on events and employee meetups, but I guess that is how it's done in a startup. Pros definitely outweigh cons
