The company is growing fast. Since the seed round, revenue has doubled, and the key product metric, design-ins, has grown exponentially since the company launched. It feels good to work on something that’s actually making an impact in the industry. One thing people might not realize is how long most of the team has been here. The average tenure is over four years, which is almost unheard of for a VC-backed startup. In the newly established US team, there have been a couple of hires that didn’t work out, but the core team is very stable and has been here for years and the hiring process has improved significantly in the last year. The CEO sets a very high bar, but she also leads by example, which pushes the team to keep leveling up.
