Pros

SnapEDA has been a great opportunity for me to grow in my career. I had no prior experience in the tech industry before joining the team, and while there were challenges in learning the product and terminology at first, I was supported and developed skills in many new areas. As a start-up, things move quickly, and if you are prepared to take the opportunities when they come, you will be supported to grow your career in the direction which interests you. I have the liberty of working remotely which is a dream. I am trusted in my decisions when I work independently or supported by my team when I need it. Working with team members from all over the globe has also been a truly rewarding experience. Our weekly meetings are fun and cheerful events, the team bonding activities are fun also!

Cons

- sometimes things can be disorganised, but that comes with working at a start-up. 95% of the time things are not!

Pros

One of the most fulfilling aspects of working at SnapEDA is the ability to make a significant impact in the hardware design industry. I can confidently say that this company is pushing the boundaries of hardware design. They're aiming to revolutionize the industry in a way no one has ever seen before. The level of commitment and passion that goes into everything we do is truly admirable. The company values every team member's contribution and encourages out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex problems. Our open and collaborative culture allows for constant learning and growth, making it an excellent place for individuals who are driven to make a difference.

Cons

Working remote bring more flexibility, but it sometimes feels like you're on the 'outside' no matter how engaged you are. I know the company has setup some smaller offices in different cities in the past as a hybrid model, and I hope they can revive that.

During my time at SnapEDA, I had the unique opportunity to work with an incredible international team. Our shared passion for hardware design brought us together, and the company's amazing initiatives - like virtual coffees, book clubs, and team building events - helped us form deep, lasting friendships. SnapEDA fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone's opinion matters. This has allowed me to build lifelong friendships with colleagues from different corners of the world. Even though I have moved on from the company, I still keep in touch with many of them via our Whatsapp group. If you want to be part of a diverse, talented, and fun-loving team, SnapEDA is the place for you. You'll not only grow professionally but also gain friends for life.
