Pros
I had an amazing experience working here! The company went above and beyond, making sacrifices to keep us happy. The team genuinely cared about each employee, creating a nurturing work environment. They even allowed me to be on leave for one month-paid! So that I can learn new things. Salary is also reallyyyy good. CEO is very approachable but still very respectable! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cons
- If you're not used to a fast paced environment, this is not for you. But if you're up for the challenge- then you can disregard this. - Micromanagement- can't blame the company as some previous employees had performance issues but it kind of feels too much sometimes (daily updates to the manager + screenshots from time tracker)
