Pros
Great colleagues in the Manager and IC roles - empathetic, collaborative, fun. The last few years were somewhat stable for strategy and management which was great, but now the merger into Shutterfly seems that is all thrown up in the air.
Cons
Interesting product and pretty good strategy and outlook, but job availability and stability is questionable now with Shutterfly merger and all the redundant roles. They do not frequently offer for CA folks to relocate (they seem to prefer to rehire elsewhere for lower wages, presumably) especially with the SFLY office in MN and Snapfish office Chicago. Management seems to be folding up already into the SFLY org, so will only be a matter of time for the other roles.
