Pros

Over the past year, deliberate steps have improved employee morale, customer satisfaction and sales. Leadership is aligned, the strategy is clear and the company is experiencing very positive results. The company is investing in technology, employees, and customer care. The Snapfish future is looking very bright.

Cons

Snapfish is an established company with a mature product. The growth experienced here may not match the steep growth and innovation experienced at a startup.

Pros

CEO Jasbir Patel has revitalized Snapfish with values that put employees first. He is smart, caring and highly principled. For the first time, our company truly respects ideal team players who are hungry, humble and emotionally intelligent. Jasbir knows who everyone is, what they contribute, and this has done much to ensure that the right people are in the right positions for success. Leadership training workshops are now being offered to all. The future looks bright–there is a clear strategy, operating model, governance meetings and key metrics to inform us and keep us on track. Monthly All Hands meetings provide transparency and a forum for open communication. All staff are kept apprised of company plans and the results are shared so there is greater ownership and accountability. Each of us have a clear understanding of how we as individuals contribute to achieving company goals. Best of all, the people who work at Snapfish are hard-working and supportive. Friendly culture.

Cons

It's frustrating how long it has taken Snapfish to get leaders who get along and understand how to lead.

Pros

Excellent people, solid plan for growth, expanding customer and partner business...all the key pieces in place for continued success in the marketplace. Plus a nice, new office in a great location, competitive salaries and benefits, fun environment, etc. We work hard, but also have lots of laughs in the office. Easy to make friends here. Established company - founded in 1999!

Cons

Company has recently undergone a restructure after separating from HP in 2015, so certain pieces are still falling into place and there is still a bit of dust settling. But these are common 'growing pains' for any established organization building spectacularly for the future.
