Pros

Flexibility in working hours...and product that still has some potential.

Cons

Watching all the good people go and not get replaced, until you're sitting in a sea of empty cubes... then watching all the good projects get outsourced so you know the company doesn't believe in you.

Pros

There's still some very talented people left, not sure for how much longer they will stick around. Flexible hours, as long as the work gets done it doesn't matter what time you come in.

Cons

Upper management seems to not have any idea as to what to do. Hemorrhaging a lot of talent due to poor leadership and lack of recognition.

Snapfish was in a rough shape a couple of years ago, but things have been improving rapidly over the past year and we're now on the right track. - Good company in an interesting segment with growth opportunities - Solid technology - Employee friendly with reasonable benefits - Many good people -- bright engineers, creative designers, and competent managers - Great location, nice office space.

Cons

- With change comes uncertainty which may concern some. - We have a great deal of work to do to reach our goals. - A path for career growth may not always be clear or available.
