      Some good and talented people to work with Fun and meaningful product Good office location

      Cons

      Not good at recognizing, rewarding and promoting great talent Antiquated technology and poor engineering knowledge and direction Poor work life balance Too many business deals resulting in a host of special one offs that makes new feature development extremely difficult Takes very long and many resources to release features

      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Snapfish are that the products are fun and creative. There are some really smart and nice people working as individual contributors.

      Cons

      The big downside is the terrible senior management. We have a terrible rulers (not leaders) who love power, love having final approval, changes policy to comply with any given circumstance. It's a real mess. The direction feels schizophrenic, draconian and unreasonable at times.

      Pros

      Work/life balance, flexible schedule; challenging and interesting work; fun, friendly and creative people; always changing; security of being owned by HP; passionate employees; competitive compensation and great location.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional top leadership. Senior team lacks vision and/or doesn't communicate it well with the organization. Constant finger pointing and throwing people under the bus (in front of others!). Very little trust or confidence in employees.
