Pros

Good work life balance, some people really care for their colleagues.

Cons

Product innovation is slow and doesn't meet the market's needs. They seem to care for customers but the website is not even comparable to others'. They only care for revenue, managing the company with miopia and spending huge amounts of money in the wrong way. As an ecommerce, or at least an e-service company, technology should be run by a great team of engineers and Big data should also at the basis of the business. On the contrary, engineering is outsourced and so are data and web analytics professionals. This means that if you need to implement a new marketing partner in the tag manager, it might take months and you also find out "randomly" that your pixel is removed (not talking about any fix you might need).

Pros

For now, HP is still a reasonable brand for the resume. They still have some good people (though not sure for how much longer). On the other hand, since everyone's leaving, there hopefully, will eventually be room for growth...

Cons

Terrible senior management--especially Helen Vaid who seems to have absolutely no judgement whatsoever. Ridiculously bad engineering environment--engineers are hampered by legacy issues which cascades into problems for product, marketing, and everyone else. Since the engineers can't do their job, the company can't produce.
