Kind, smart people Lots of investment in staff and leadership development Exciting turnaround story Excellent benefits for a small company Work/life balance is excellent - management understands and appreciates the need for flexibility

Cons

Some members of the leadership team are immature-this is improving with continued investment in people Odd cultural norm of assuming the worst-often times coming from the immature leaders who should be leading from the front and supporting senior leadership decisions rather than commiserating and often times putting wrong ideas in employees heads Small company so career opportunities can be limited, especially for small teams

I developed some nice friendships while I was there - over 6 years

Cons

Company completely changed during my tenure - from one that was "start up" mode - HP owned; to HP owned and their initiatives plugged in; to HP owning - not investing and trying to sell; To largest Vendor purchasing and you being told to do exactly and only what they want. It's a fun space - now way too crowded - and owner prints for the majority of the market.... lack of management - off site.
