Pros

Fully remote work, decent pay

Cons

Expect a very cutthroat work environment. You are judged by very cold and distant management solely based on your output, so be ready to complete huge workloads or risk being let go. You will be reviewed based on arbitrary KPIs like completing daily slack checkins and if you miss even one, you are penalized (even though other team members that have been with the company longer don't strictly follow them and aren't penalized). The company boasts of promoting optional bi-weekly hackathons but then penalize you if you don't participate and contribute even though you just started and don't know the platform well enough to even know what to contribute. You are given no time to properly learn the system before you are expected to complete an insane amount of tickets. Even asking questions to your manager will land you in hot water as they will scold you for not already knowing the answer. Unlimited PTO is not as it seems as they will backtrack already approved PTO and suggest you take less time off "or else". There is always a constant and relentless pressure to perform at unreasonably high standards to be safe from getting fired. If you value your mental health and a work/life balance, look elsewhere.

Pros

Good hours 10am-7pm central time. it is weird how they schedule it, because that’s literally my whole day. Good pay $16/hr. Love my team, very helpful and do not judge. which my training was longer, was only 4 days since Xmas was around the corner.

Cons

Have to put in a request a month ahead for days off. There’s no holiday pay or holiday off day. just the main holidays like Xmas and thanksgiving. A lot of technical issues/problems with the computers they give you. Will be terminated if you can’t make a certain amount of calls which I believe is very unnecessary bc if we’re still getting 50-60+ calls that should be efficient.
