Mid-size company that offers 100% remote roles, great work-life balance with flexible PTO plans for all corporate employees, and a ton of opportunities to expand your skillset/get promoted/work on challenging projects. Very autonomous positions & great teams.

Cons

Sometimes feel like playing catchup with how fast we have grown and ensuring processes are aligned. Lots of people are involved in day-to-day processes which can sometimes lead to miscommunication.
