Pros

Work from home flexibility is a plus.

Cons

Managers are incompetent and only look out for themselves. Expectations and quotas are unrealistic and not consummate with pay or experience.

Pros

I loved the managers, tech leads, and my co-workers. The company it’s self is a great company. Benefits start right away.

Cons

I could tell during training that this wasn’t gonna be the job for me. Pretty much like an outbound call center. Had to make 50-70 calls a day for $17 an hour not worth it. Most of the customers and shops refused to send photos in so it became such a hassle. Loved the company but I don’t recommend this position.
