Pros

Working as an Account Executive at Snapsheet has been both rewarding and energizing. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven. You’re surrounded by smart, humble people who genuinely care about solving complex problems in the insurance space. Leadership gives you room to own your role and make an impact, while still offering guidance when needed. There’s a strong sense of trust and autonomy. The sales process is consultative, and you’re encouraged to be strategic—not just transactional. Snapsheet’s product is truly differentiated, and it’s exciting to sell a solution that’s transforming outdated claims processes. The company is also continuously improving and listening to feedback, both from clients and internal teams.

Cons

Need to be adaptable, but this is not a con for me.

Pros

Snapsheet is a work from home company and I love that. Even though it is WFH I never feel disconnected from my manager or team. We have weekly team meetings and weekly one on one with our managers. Upper management is very involved and shares big, little, good, bad news with everyone. They are also always looking the employee opinions on how things are going and what needs improving. We also have lots of remote team building fun. Salaries are very fair, benefits are great.

Cons

There is only one big company event that gets us all together, it would be nice if there were a couple smaller ones to allow more employee in person interaction.
