A few pros include work flexibility, people, and culture!

Cons

Female leadership is VERY sparse and is something that the organization should prioritize. Growth in certain departments is lacking as some departments are just starting to grow. Promotional plans for each department should be set so that employees understand what they need to do to grow.

Pros

Flexibility, career advancement, and opportunity for impact! I have been with Snapsheet for nearly 3 years, and have had so many opportunities to lead projects, advance my skillset, and learn. I truly have never encountered a company that allows YOU to own your career like you can at Snapsheet. If you put the work in, they truly reward it.

Communication can be difficult in remote setting, very fast-paced at times
