Pros

They take care of their employees when they need it the most. For me, I have a disability that requires me to take time off every 6 weeks for treatment and they were super accommodating. Also, my manager really seemed to care about me, my family, and my colleagues.

Cons

Just like any company, it's not perfect, but one of the best employers I've ever had. As they grew some things that were promised did not materialize, but overall I can't complain. I would still be there if not for all the COVID-19 panic.

Great Work from Home Opportunity

Pros

Flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and split shifts). Great team members! Great benefits!

Cons

As production requirements increased, it seemed some higher ups with out of touch with the more extensive requirements of certain carriers on each file. It did not make sense to make production goals unilateral for all carriers.
