Met some amazing people here

Cons

1. Career could be destructive 2. No peace of mind 3. Learning 0, after few days 4. Pathetic leadership group 5. Entrusted leaders are allowed to do NOTHING 6. These non-working leaders will tell u about your performance(sigh!!)

Pros

Snapwiz's technology powers many large scale learning systems. It is a great opportunity to gain expertise in real-time online learning systems and in the principles of measuring and reporting and visualizing student performance and mastery of specific skills. Very flat management structure and all employees will have a visible contribution to the success of the product.

Cons

Must be willing to be able to work independently in an agile environment. Workload can vary significantly from day to day.

Pros

The engineering and product teams are fiercely dedicated to building an Edulastic (a cloud-based educational tool), which has a practically seamless interface, and high usability. They are doing their due diligence with the marketing team to determine product-market fit, and are responsive to key feature requests.

Cons

Of course being a startup means there are growing pains. It was awesome to be completely invested in growing the user base and beta testing the product ... I would have liked just a bit more focus on personal/career development.
