Pros

Nothing Nill -it is not a company but a factory where worker or slaves work

Cons

Full of politics bad work culture ,without any reason you can get fire .If you are not saluting your MD or Boss then you will be of no where . If your boss smoke you must have to smoke else you can't adapt to the work culture. Lunch or Dinner or party is quite common but your boss drink the you must have to drink even though you are a Muslim or a girl or women other wise you can adjust to their work culture

Pros

you can learn. free food. good start as a fresher. will get respect and value if you are a testing engineer learning opportunity.

Cons

The company used to be very good back near 2016. There used to be nice workplace, lots of mind boggling events used to happen, fun / social activities, team outing at least twice a year. Over time, they are now nothing to boast about. Team outing has been 0. If you put your head against this wall for a month, you get a budget of 500 per person and that to for a half day only.
