Good product - bad sales org

Pros

Great product Good tech stack Good marketing Cool offices; free lunch at some of them

Cons

No clear path for internal promotions; they favor external hires. Never saw more than a handful of SDR to CAE promotions and nearly all of them got screwed by SF leadership in some way or other. Whether from unreasonable expectations, phantom HR complaints, they lose good people for bad ones.Disorganized leadership. - Constant turnover and organizational changes (comp, structure, teams, etc). - Unreasonable expectations - Ruthless and fire people on a whim - Favor external hires over internals

-Amazing leadership -Amazing product -Great collaborative, team atmosphere -Learn how the pros play in the SaaS space -Your experience here will be valued by every other job you ever apply for

Cons

-Micro managing -Horrible family leave policy -Poor pay -Not enough accounts per rep -You are stuck in the sales track for the most part - moving to another role/department is very hard
