Pros

to be honest, I genuinely cannot think of any. Probably the worst experience of my career!

Cons

Completely lied and made up things about performance in order to end Amy contract with the umbrella company when they decided to bring recruitment internally. No organisation, everything off the cuff with no structure. When I started there, I was told 5 different plans for my role. Given no structure and then had a "performance review" out of nowhere. Week later, then told they are ending the contract on this basis. Geniunely turned down other offers to work with my line manager and the company who essentially turned very sour overnight. When the grass is cut the snakes will show. No diversity in the organisation whatsoever, bunch of Snowflakes!!!

Pros

- Work with new technology - Outside market visibility - Able to learn complete data platform integration with snowflake - If you join any team other than support will be wonderful - Emerging organization and CEO is wonderful. - Talented co-workers. - Stock option

Cons

- Don't join support team in Bangalore location. - No culture in technical support team due to management negligence. - You will not get any visibility in snowflake if you work in technical support. - Local management never brings any ideas to promote support professionals to grow in their career. - They hired all talents from different big firms but never listen to their concerns. - Ego plays ugly role between senior management and senior support members.
