      Pros

      Great culture and atmosphere in the London office. Management work you hard and you are expected to deliver but you are always treated professionally. No bullying culture or abuse. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. No business prevention officers. The product is amazing, market leading and getting better all the time. It’s an incredible, interesting market opportunity and top sales people are making a lot of money. MEDDPICC sales methodology. Great enablement.

      It’s not an easy ride (but then would you want it to be?) Long hours required.

      - quarterly reviews: frequent quarterly evaluations lead to burnout and prioritize optics over long-term engineering quality. - hyper-competitive environment: The culture forces colleagues to fight for the best projects just to prove their worth, which kills the spirit of teamwork. - proposal fatigue: Constant pressure to 'innovate' by writing endless design docs and proposals is mandatory for everyone, leading to a lot of unnecessary 'busy work'.
