      Comp plan is ok++ Many possibilities to evolve (Technical Sales, Marketing, Partners..) Manager are cool but they don't take time to coach us

      Pros

      It's fun to be a part of a growing company and team where all the other big tech companies are doing layoffs and cutting costs. There are some really good managers in the business. You're set for success with a comprehensive onboarding.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains such as lack of established and good processes around internal mobility, performance tracking, getting help from supporting functions etc. You have to be prepared for dealing with office politics if you're ambitious.
