      Lots of opportunities to grow and build. Great culture: good communication and collaboration Strong and experienced leadership, that you can feel confident in Excellent vision and roadmap

      Cons

      We are experiencing normal growing pains, but it's not too bad. Systems and infrastructure are still in early stages. But that also leads to lots of opportunities for impactful contributions.
