      Hiring people who do not have the required knowledge/skill but are management buddies/come from management former company Giving higher compensation to people on same position if they are buddies Giving higher job title (and compensation) to people with no skill but being a buddy 0 ownership from any end and crazy effort needed to find an owner for any issue Management saying different things publicly and in private Good work only gets you a pat on the back, no raise nor promotion Management not giving credit to team members
