Unlimited paid time off (translates to fear to take, max is actually 20) Lots of favoritism Fear to share real opinions and ideas in that department Employee survey is method to find and then push out people Disjointed between departments, don't hear/see partnership or buy-in Cut throat mindframe and little effort to support any unless top performer
