Great technology, leader in the space, lots of growth and innovation

Cons

There was a lot of cross territory tension/competition on the sales teams (people selling into other people's territory). They also hired a TON of reps, over saturating many markets and minimizing opportunties for reps. I believe they've begun to make a number of changes to address this.

Cons

Lower base and commission rates than most companies, but you get to keep all business you close and win on consumption
