      -great product, big name recognition -Strong leadership, focused on shareholders

      Cons

      -Snowflake used to be a fun startup not anymore, the culture is gone. -Working remote with no perks, low pay, and forced to work unpaid overtime. -AE’s get 0 commission ramp so you make a small base salary until you close a deal and must build your own book of accounts, competing with other AE’s to find accounts -no formal training, must learn on your own. -managers are spread thin, so they focus on their top AE’s -territories are over saturated, and getting worse with goals to double staff in 2021 -close business or get fired
