      Pros

      The culture at Snowflake is truly special. The application and interview process was very smoothly and well run. My recruiter Eloy was in touch every step of the way and provided great advice throughout the interview process. Onboarding and training was also a great experience, and my trainer Sofia prepared us very well for the role. The SDR organization has an extremely collaborative culture, and everyone helps others out. SDR leadership provides ongoing training and frequently promote from within the org.

      Cons

      So far, I have nothing but positive things to say about Snowflake. If you're looking to get into SaaS sales at a very fast growing startup, I highly recommend Snowflake!

      Pros

      Anyone can be hired as a SDR/BDR, if you are seeking a SDR job you dont have to have any qualifications and they will hire you if you can send an email and dial a phone.

      Cons

      The sales team (at all levels) is incredibly saturated and it's unlikely that you can grow a territory. Sales and marking is VERY aggressive.
