Pros

Snowflake has amazing product market fit, with the data cloud platform solving the most pressing issues companies have around data. The company itself has amazing talent in its ranks and the support they offer in terms of deal teams and SME access from team members is unlike anything I've seen before. Culture is great, and everyone is striving to be excellent. Learning is also a daily activity and support is great. Absolutely Love It!

Cons

Only thing I can mention is that the company has grown due to to success that it's harder to see people in person, and it's not as unknown anymore.

Great salaries, huge earning potential, reasonable quota and territory distribution, and a lot of great people to work with.

Cons

Snowflake is growing a lot which comes with a lot of (unexpected) changes which can be very stressful at times. You can never know what happens next.
