Pros

I started recently. I've never seen anything like this place. It's wall to wall excellence. The company is amazingly transparent. All of the leadership I've met and experienced is first rate. The CEO is authentic, grounded, driven to win, and a clear communicator. People are smart, caring, and want to be the best. It's a rare workplace that can assemble this many great people. There is *genuine* care for customers (how rare is that) and a broad will to help each other. On top of all this, the product is amazing and a game changer. I am grateful to be here and to have the opportunity to make a difference.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning.

Pros

Most people, great benefits such as free gym membership, cell phone reimbursement

Cons

People no longer valued at current leadership. The old CEO was all about taking care of people and culture. No longer the case. Now it is all push hard, forget anything else that stood in the way, plow through. If you a SQL master and technical or in sales, you'll be a golden child. Everyone else is expandable and there has been a tremdous amount of restructuring and layoffs.

Great technology, terrible culture

Pros

The technology is great and sells easily in the market.

Cons

Due to such rapid growth, there is no culture developed. Political backstabbing and power grabbing is the standard as people try to climb the ladder into positions they don't belong in. The entire focus of management is to go public without any concern of what the company will be like once it does.
