      - Hypergrowth - Brilliant product - Brilliant culture - Set for success

      It is not for everyone to join a company in such hypergrowth. We always need to make sure we maintain the culture we've been building and all this with A+ individuals

      - Extremely strong founders, Engineering team, and Product team. - Everyone is smart, kind, and willing to answer questions and help others. - Truly innovative product and impressive market traction. - Every group at the company is growing quickly, so if you prove yourself there will be opportunities to advance your career.

      Cons

      - Such rapid growth can lead to occasional difficulty with scaling and restructuring teams. I think this is to be expected of any such startup.

      Pros

      Excellent Product Experienced Management No Nonsense Few places where your boss might be smarter than you are. Lots of company/team events.

      Cons

      Needs better leadership outside of the engineering, marketing and sales departments. Good job in trying to reduce the politics. Need a centralized office.
