      Good product, but poor leadership.

      Cons

      Lack of career advancement, lack of mentorship, and managers (former super reps) will just inspect rather than provide feedback or coaching. Management talks about diversity, but the entire leadership team lacks it.

      Good place to start career

      Name recognition on resume, average comp. Smart and friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Underwhelming SDR management (80% of time is spent interviewing candidates or gossiping with other managers, instead of working with their team). Was blatantly lied to in the interview process about % of people who get promoted to CAE from SDR; the vast majority of SDRs will not be promoted internally. SDR org is generally jaded, as promotion feels out of reach, even for top performers. Rampant office politics.

      Money for gym membership, lunch catered most of the days and health benefits

      Cons

      - Management is extremely unqualified and toxic. Don't provide any real guidance or help. - Making everyone return to office 5 days a week - Refuses to pay for employee parking - Refuses to pay overtime - Promises promotion and then hires outside people instead
