      Pay is good, I get to work with some of the smartest people.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. Snowflake used to be an amazing company to work for, now it’s just trash. They hire the wrong leaders who only care about themselves not the company.

      Fast paced environment, access to cutting edge tools and training, solid pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The highest performing and most talented team members have quit or unfairly been pushed out. The leaders that are left are protected due to relationships and longevity not true performance or impact. Job security is based on who likes you not how you actually drive business outcomes
