Pros
Lots of things to learn, if you are interested in database, distributed system. As the company grows, you will get many challenging technical problems to solve. That's really excited for an engineer.
Cons
Need more work to improve developer experience. Like 32G memory laptop, more guidances for newbie to set things up.
