Pros
for the longest while I thought places like Snyk didn't exist. I worked in many places, managers were chronic and none of them live up to their promises of culture and values. it's different here though, I love what I do and the people around me. never had a team of such genuine and supportive folk. everyday feels like a proper group effort. respect to my team for caring so much and to the support leaders for building something special.
Cons
hard parts would be learning our products. a lot to know and understand. with so many supportive folks around to help me, it's all good.
