      Absolutely AMAZING culture!

      Pros

      Having been with the company for 4 weeks, I have had a wonderful on-boarding experience and the culture that I had clearly felt during the interview has been loud and clear for the past 4 weeks. Everyone has been SO friendly and they literally go out of their way to ensure that I am well equipped with whatever that I need, and they have continuously reached out to me throughout this on-boarding period to ask if I need anything or if any help is required.

      Cons

      Being based in Singapore, time zone wise is a bit of a challenge since I pretty much need to work based in EMEA and US EST time zones - I've had to change my work-time to accommodate, but I've also gotten used to it and it's not hard to adjust.

We're only at the start of building out our APJ efforts, so very soon we won't have that dependency on EMEA/US timezones anymore - looking forward to it!
