      - although work life balance is encouraged, it’s hard to follow

      Pros

      Tons of people willing to help at any time. Although there is a ton of talent on the teams here, I have always been able to reach out to anyone (up to C-level) to chat even though I am an entry level employee. On top of that the product itself is incredible and the near-term future of the company is incredibly bright.

      Cons

      Must take control of some organizational pieces. Slack is a great tool when you filter out the noise. Fast paced - but rewards are great if you can keep up.

      The DNA of people is just wonderful, fast growing company, so proud to be part of it.

      A challenge is the WW offices and people, but it's also the one of the pros! Options of working globally is definitely more a pro then a con
